Press 3 to equip/re-enter. Launch, steer, orbit, and mission camera use the TV missile camera HUD logic.
Manual input, no upper cap. Use responsibly: huge bot counts can
slow the browser.
Teamkills deduct 500 score.
Team vehicle pool
Set vehicle quantity and respawn time separately for BLUEFOR and
REDFOR. Defaults match the original code.
